RESOLUTION
STATE DUMA
OF THE FEDERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
On the draft federal law No. 158436-8 "On Amendments to Article 2 of the Federal Law "On Amendments to Article 24 1 of the Federal Law" On the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises in the Russian Federation"
The State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Adopt in the second reading draft federal law No. 158436-8 "On Amending Federal Law No. 335-FZ of July 2, 2021 "On Amending Article 24.1 of the Federal Law "On the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises in the Russian Federation" with a new name "On Amendments to Article 2 of the Federal Law "On Amendments to Article 24 1 of the Federal Law" On the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises in the Russian Federation".
2. The Committee of the State Duma on small and medium-sized businesses to finalize the said bill, taking into account the adopted amendments, and submit it for consideration by the State Duma in the third reading.
3. This Resolution shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
